REMINDER
Customers are required to select one of the available end-of-term options for all subscriptions due on or after May 4, 2026.
Customers will have two choices before term expires:
1. Keep Auto-Renew ON = Renew to a new term. No service impact. For this customer have to pay the invoice before 7 days of renewal.
2.Turn Auto-Renew OFF Select Cancel at end of term = Services end immediately after expiration date .
NCE CANCELLATION WINDOW: Cancellation within 7 days under NCE, no refunds or cancellation post 7 days of order placement.
Any cancellation before 24 hours will be billed on pro-rata basis as per Microsoft NCE policy.
