Follow these steps to configure DKIM.
Step 1: Access Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
- Log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center at https://admin.microsoft.com.
Step 2: Navigate to Exchange Admin Center:
- Go to the "Admin centers" section and select "Exchange."
Step 3: Access the Protection Section:
- In the Exchange Admin Center, navigate to the "Protection" section and click on "DKIM."
Step 4: Enable DKIM Signing:
- Enable DKIM signing for your domain by clicking on the toggle switch.
Step 5: Configure DKIM in DNS Settings:
- Go to the settings for your DNS provider.
- Create a new TXT record.
- Choose "TXT" as the record type.
- Put "selector1._domainkey" in the name field.
- In the value field, put the generated DKIM key.
Step 6: Verify Domain:
- Follow the prompts to verify your domain, which may involve adding a TXT record to your DNS (It may take up to 24-48 hours to propagate the DNS).
Step 6: Save Changes:
- Save your changes to implement the DKIM record.
