My VPS is not working

Please follow below steps if your are server is not working.

Open command promt in your windows machine.
Write "ping your IP address
If you not receive any ping request and 100% packets lost so your server is not reachable at your machine.
Open Online Ping, Traceroute, DNS lookup, WHOIS, Port check, Reverse lookup, Proxy checker, Bandwidth meter, Network calculator, Network mask calculator, Country by IP, Unit converter and enter your IP address and test. If you still get 100% packets lost then please raise ticket in https://clients.activeservers.in
