How to Setup SPF Record in Microsoft 365

Follow these steps to configure SPF in your DNS settings.

1. Go to DNS Provider Settings:
- Go to the settings for your DNS provider.

2. Create a New TXT Record:
- Within your DNS settings, locate the option to add a new record.

3. Choose "TXT" as the Record Type:
- When creating a new record, select "TXT" as the record type.

4. Specify Name as "@" :
- In the name field, enter "@" to designate the record to apply to the root domain.

5. Set SPF Value:
- In the value field, input the SPF record value: `v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all`
