This is a common issue for all Plesk users that so many times users' subscription is showing in RED. When your subscription is showing red it means that the hosting account is using more resources than the package assigned. When your package is in RED then one mail is sent to the user registered mail id, This mail contains all information and also includes which function/option/parameter is using more resources than the package assigned.
