How to create ticket for support in client area

Hello

 

  1. To create a ticket first you should log in to https://clients.activeservers.in/
  2. Go to Account Tab and click on Login
  3. Enter your username and password (you can reset your password also)
  4. You will get your home Page
  5. Click on Open ticket (Top Menu)
  6. Now you can enter your query details on this page, and you add images also.
  7. click on submit button
  8. you will get a Ticket number.
  • Support, Active Servers, Ticket
