How to create an FTP account in Virtualmin

Follow the following steps to create an FTP account in Virtualmin

  1. Logged into Virtualmin

  2. Select the domain name.

  3. Click Edit Users.

  4. Click Add website FTP access user (top right).

  5. In the Email Address, enter the name for the new FTP account.

  6. Enter the FTP user's name in the Real Name field.

  7. Enter a password in the Password field.

  8. In Quota and home directory settings, select Main website directory or website subdirectory and enter the subdirectory path

  9. Click Create.
